Flock Cleaner

• Cleaning machine for final cleaning of flocked shirts and textile blanks after drying.
• Removal of excess flock from the fabric and the flocked areas through stripping brushes.
• Function of the TS-C.

• A very strong exhauster automatically attracts the shirt.
• With brushes on top and bottom of the insert slot the surface gets brushed thoroughly while due to a special powerful air guiding system pneumatic vibration of the fabric is effected, comparable to a flag flapping in the wind.
• The excess flock is vacuumed and collected in a bag.
• This machine allows perfect cleaning within seconds.

• Service flap for extraction of absorbed textiles.
